Rites of Ascension is a 8 week guided journey of somatic breathwork, purification, and divine remembrance. Each week we activate and clear one energy center, guided by a different divine feminine Ascended Master, using breath, sound, Myofascial release, a channelled musical journey and channelled information.

You'll be supported in a sacred community as you release the low vibrational frequencies of trauma imprints, stagnate energy, and inherited memory-reclaiming the full light of your Master soul.

Week 1 : Opening Ceremony

Introduction to the Breathmap and  Transformation Portal

A sacred opening circle to ground into the method and energetic protection. Meet the community and prepare your mind with the process so it can release control and find safety within the portal.

Week 2: Crown Chakra - Return to the Womb

White buffalo women will be our opening mentor and guide.  Beginning at the Crown Chakra we will descend into the zero still point of the Mothers womb of creation. Releasing disconnection and return to the divine stilness that life was created.  And ask for Help through prayer  to return to your pure state of innocence, during this journey.

Week 3:  Third Eye - Clear Witnessed Trauma

Quan Yin will be our gentle guide and mentor, assisting us in Clearing Grief, suspicion, detachment held in our eyes, scalp, face, awakening our compassionite vision for humanity.

Emotional safety becomes an established foundation within you. These feelings of safety and wholeness within yourself allow for you to reconcile with the truth of your sovereign divinity."

Week 4: Throat Chakra - Voice of Truth

Mary Magdalene Is our throat chakra activator for this journey with the Order of Magdalena. 

We will breathe into the jaw and throat releasing unexpressed rage, longing, helplessness so you can regain your sacred voice and speak the words your higher self requests of you without fear of  restraint or fear of death.

Week 5: Heart Chakra - Feel it all

Mother Mary will guide us to softly enter our heart space and release grief, heartbreak, and blocked joy. Remebering the infinite capacity of Love.

Grren Tara and the order of Dikinis will guide a journey to clear Held Terror, suppressed rage, and unresolved power dynamics. Releasing the attachments of suffering from the body reclaiming vibrancy, strength and radically reclaim your cosmic sovereignty.

Hathor will be our divine guide assisting us in releasing shame, mistrust and disconnection to our rights to feel and hear our inante bodys wisdom. Awaken sensuality divine pleasure and excitement for life.
